CCSS School on Computational Social Science, Frontier Hall 3F (building #29), Kobe University, Rokkodai 1st Campus, 木曜日, 20. 6月 2019

Aim of the School
There is a growing need for graduate students and young researchers to have the tools necessary for the study of Computational Social Science. Network analysis is one of the most popular approaches to understanding social and economic phenomena. However, universities in Japan rarely provide students with an opportunity to learn state-of-the-art network science methods. This School will offer tutorial lectures on recent developments in network analysis and their applications to Computational Social Science. The speakers include:

Jesus Gomez-Gardeñes University of Zaragoza (Spain)
Petter Holme, Tokyo Institute of Technology (Japan)
Kimmo Kaski, Aalto University (Finland)
Naoki Masuda, University of Bristol (UK)

Venue:  Frontier Hall 3F (building #29), Kobe University, Rokkodai 1st Campus. Map
Registration deadline: June 12th.
Note for participants: Upon registration, please make sure to put your institution's name after your family name: e.g., Kobayashi (Kobe University).
